How to Make Retreat Reservations
Minimum of 6 guests are needed to reserve the retreat, but we can easily accommodate up to 10 guests
- Check our calendar for the dates you want.
- Guests may register individually, or a group may appoint a Retreat Coordinator to handle the initial booking payment and the final group payment.
- Use the PAY DEPOSIT button and include your Group's name and a list of your fellow retreaters. Also include your requested dates in the Notes section.
- Use the FINAL PAYMENT button, 30 days before your arrival and include your Group's Name and dates in the Notes section.
- If you are the RETREAT COORDINATOR and plan to make payment for your group in full, we kindly ask that you submit one deposit for the total group amount at the time of booking (for example, 6 guests x $100 deposit fee per guest = $600). The remaining balance will be due 30 days before your retreat date. Please list the names of members of your group. As the Coordinator, you will be our main point of contact, so please include your phone number and email address so we can stay in touch as your retreat approaches.

To reserve your retreat date, we must receive deposits for your first six guests.
Please note that we can hold your requested date for up to 7 days.
Please provide as much information on the NOTES section of the Pay Button. It's very helpful to us if you provide your Group Name and also your fellow retreaters! Also, don't forget to include your requested dates to visit!

How to Pay and Reserve Your Dates
- We are thrilled for you to be our guest. Making your deposit and final payment is easy. We will NOT invoice you. Use the "Registration/Deposit Pay Now Button". Complete the Notes section with your Group's Name, a list of your fellow retreaters and your requested dates. Once your deposit is paid, you will receive a receipt of deposit. The reservation will appear on the calendar.

- It's very helpful to us, if you can include your group's name, a list of your fellow retreaters and the dates requested. Please complete the required Notes section with this information.
- Use the "Final Payment Pay Now Button" Complete the Notes section with your Group's name and dates. Full payment must be received 30 days before check-in.
- If a cancellation occurs less than 30 days from your scheduled retreat date, it will not be eligible for a refund. A 10% processing and cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds.
